Too many students do not have the money to afford a musical instrument and schools do not have the resources to allow them to pursue musical education. In fact, many districts have cutback – or have completely eliminated music all together in elementary and junior high schools.
This is why BeInstrumental exists. Our mission is to ensure that every student has access to a musical education and to provide schools with the resources needed to teach music.
The BeInstrumental Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides educational opportunities, mentoring and financial resources for underserved children to pursue their musical ambitions. It is our mission to provide every child with access to musical education – it is vision to change the world, one note at a time. The organization is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
BeInstrumental was proudly founded by three Toledo-area gentlemen who noticed the need for this program. All of the founders have musical education in their background, and all are committed to ensuring the success of the BeInstrumental program.
